No POP-UP TENTS or FRAMES will be allowed under the grandstands in Vendor Area
Vendors with products such as knives, spears, arrows shall keep the product in a covered display case. Knives with a blade that exceeds 3 ½ inches are PROHIBITED
Vendors shall not SELL or DISPLAY products except within the confines of the leased space. NO INVENTORY stored or DISPLAYED shall be permitted anywhere outside said confines of leased space.
Vendors are prohibited from selling merchandise that competes with or imitates official HNIRC merchandise. This includes any unauthorized use of the names, logos, or branding associated with Championship of Champions, Championship of Champions 10 Years, Horse Nations Indian Relay, HNIRC, or Tour of Champions.
Vendors shall provide for security of his inventory – to include daytime periods when leased space may be unattended.
Horse Nations Indian Relays (HNIR) reserves the right to adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the event. Vendors agree to abide by such rules and regulations and vendors, and his/her employees will conduct themselves in a courteous manner while utilizing the leased space. All products and displays shall be in good taste and HNIR has the right to have any item not found to be in good taste removed from the area or leased space revoked.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the VENDOR ARE or on the FRONTIER PARK property at any time except for service animals as defined by the American with Disabilities Act.
VENDING SPACE SHALL NOT BE SUBLEASED
NO RAFFLES shall be conducted by Vendors
Each Booth will receive at least one 110V electrical hookup at NO CHARGE in the booth area.
All Vendors shall comply with all applicable city, county & state statutes, laws, ordinances and regulations concerning retail sales and public safety, and immediately upon violation therefore shall take the appropriate steps to correct the same.
